Coleen Nolan has gushed over her sisters Linda and Anne Nolan after they were diagnosed with cancer within days of one another.
The Loose Women star, 55, said she “couldn’t love them any more” as she shared her pride over sisters Anne, 69, and Linda, 61, as they bravely fight cancer.
Anne, who was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer, has recently completed chemotherapy treatment, but Linda, who was diagnosed with liver cancer, was told her cancer is incurable, but is still facing the prospect of surgery and radiotherapy.
In an exclusive video interview with OK! magazine, Coleen opened up about considering getting a double mastectomy and shared her pride over her sister’s bravery.

She said: “What would I say to my sisters right now, I would just say how proud I am of them. I mean they have got through this and yet they’ve had terrible days, of feeling terribly ill after treatment, really suffered.
“But, you’d never know they put on the family group chat, ‘not feeling great today’ and then as soon as they are feeling better they are up and they’re out.
“And I’d just say to them I’m so proud of them. I hope I can always be as brave as they are generally in life.
“I’m just totally, totally in awe of them and they know that and I couldn’t love them any more.”
Coleen is also looking to her sisters, including her late sister Bernie who died in 2013 of breast cancer, to help her decide if she’s going to have a mastectomy.
She said: “I have thought about how it would feel to lose any breast obviously and I’ve seen sisters lose them.
“Bernie had a mastectomy, Linda’s had a mastectomy, Anne didn’t actually and I’ve seen the trauma they’ve gone through – not so much trauma but the whole getting used to it.
“And, of course, you do try and imagine it and will I be able to cope with that but I think I would find it easier to cope with that than the alternative where I might have to lose them and have had cancer.”

Coleen, who’s son Shane hit back at a comedian who mocked Linda and Anne’s cancer diagnosis, added: “I’ve laid awake at night thinking about it.
“I don’t know if I’m brave enough to do it, to make that decision but it’s definitely something I want to consider.”
Loose Women star Coleen also looked to the future as she said: “My hopes for the future are that both of my sisters recover quickly and have a very long life ahead of them and that any decision I make is the right one for me and my children.
“I guess the one – if there’s any positive to come out of tragedies that happen – is it really makes you appreciate every single day that you’re here and you’re feeling okay.
“So that’s what I’m doing and I just want to carry on doing that, every day is a bonus.”
