Holly Willoughby injured her back on Tuesday's episode of This Morning and as a result, the blonde beauty had to swap her usual high heels for a pair of flat sandals.
The mum-of-three, who recently revealed a sweet nickname her children have for their grandmother, had a pair of nude heels on at the beginning of the show but was forced to swap them for some open toe sandals after a back injury.
Addressing her shorter stature during the Spin To Win segment, the 40 year old explained: "You might have noticed I'm on this side today, that's because during the show I uncrossed my leg and have pulled my back, because now I'm over 40 that's the stuff that happens.
"So I've got the flip flops on, I can't wear my heels," she told viewers.

"I’ve been speaking to people upstairs and they’ve been speaking to your people.
"Holly please, I am emboldened here to offer you a role in Midsomer Murders."
In disbelief, Holly, who recently stunned in a pleated skirt, turned to Phil to whisper: "Are you serious?" before clasping her hands up to her mouth.
She then screamed: "Yes!" before tearing up and continuing: "I’ve seen every episode since it started way back when."
