Justin Bieber forced to postpone all tour dates amid face paralysis battle

Justin Bieber, 28, has been forced to postpone all of his US tours dates on his Justice World Tour as a result of his face paralysis syndrome.

Despite wife Hailey Bieber recently admitting the star is continuing to get "better every single day", a statement announcing the news of his tours has been released.

It read: "In light of Justin's ongoing recovery, the remaining US Justice tour shows scheduled for June and early July will be postponed.

"Justin continues to receive the best medical care possible, is upbeat about his recovery, and is looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing for his fans overseas later this summer.

"Details on rescheduled US dates will be made public shortly. Refunds will be available at point of purchase. Tickets will be honored for all rescheduled dates."

A look on Justin's website indicates that the world tour will now start on July 31, 2022 in Italy.

The star would then end his tour in Krakau, Poland on March 25, 2023.

Speaking on Good Morning America about her husband Justin, 25 year old model Hailey shared: "He is doing really well. He is getting better every single day. He is feeling a lot better.

"Obviously, it was just a very scary and random situation to happen, but he is going to be totally okay and I am just grateful that he is fine.

"The support has been really amazing just from fans, friends, family. Every single person has sent well wishes, advice, recommendations. It’s actually been really amazing."

According to the Mayo Clinic: "Ramsay Hunt syndrome (herpes zoster oticus) occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear."

Those suffering from the condition may have blisters in their ears on the roof of their mouth, as well as facial weakness.

The 28 year old singer previously told fans he had been doing facial exercises to regain movement but it would still take time to recover.

The news comes after Hailey herself was admitted to hospital in March after experiencing "stroke-like symptoms" and later had surgery on a heart defect.

She said: "I feel a lot better after that situation. I feel good. I had a procedure done to close this hole in my heart and I am just giving my body time to heal and recover.

"It was a little hard for me to recover from the procedure, just giving myself the time to be able to work out again and feel normal, if that makes sense.

"But I am doing well now and I am not having to be on any medication any more, so I feel good."

Justin's wife says their respective health problems had brought the couple closer together.
