In Sarah's memory

Girls Aloud have reunited in honour of their late bandmate Sarah Harding to launch a charity pyjama collection with Primark, to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

What a lovely idea. It’s so important to keep her memory alive. Sarah’s passing and the way the girls have come together always makes me think about Atomic Kitten and my relationship with those girls. I really hope it doesn’t take something so tragic to bring us all back together. Life is too short.

Speaking out

It’s World Mental Health Day on 10 October and as you know, I’m a massive advocate for mental health, because people are struggling every day.

I always say that your head is like a computer, where you have loads of tabs open and sometimes it can get overwhelming and it crashes. It’s about learning to close down those tabs.

When I’m having a rubbish day, I feel it’s important to share it. But sometimes I’m frightened to open up as there’s still a huge stigma around mental health. Because of the industry I’m in, I get scared I won’t get hired if I let people know I’m struggling.

Spiritual path

Craig David has revealed he’s psychic and that he can see things in the future and even hear his ancestors. Bloody hell, can he give me the Lottery numbers?!

Joking aside, If Craig says he can hear his ancestors, I believe him. I’m on a spiritual path too at the moment. I’ve been working on my third eye and I really feel there is more out there – I’m a massive believer in all of that.

I’ve always said I have an intuition – I’m not psychic but I can feel when something isn’t right or when something bad is about to happen.

Ear we go

Lauren Goodger has divided fans after getting her 15-month-old daughter Larose’s ears pierced.

You know what, everyone’s got an opinion. If Lauren wants to get her daughter’s ears pierced, then let her! It doesn’t matter. I think she looks gorgeous. It’s not like she’s got bloody Pat Butcher earrings in – they’re a pair of sleepers, for God’s sake!

My DJ had her ears pierced when she was about five and she loved them.
