Whitney suffered her first pregnancy loss back in July 2019, but believed this time around things would be different.

The mother-of-one, though, has revealed history had cruelly repeated itself – but they will try again.

Whitney and husband Tim Rosenman explained that despite her sadness they chose to be open, just like they were the first time.

She said: "Sadly, I lost the pregnancy. Timmy and I weren't sure if we still wanted to put this out there. I wasn't sure I wanted to relive the pain.

"I felt differently about the situation. Last time, I don't think I was ready to have another child, and I had different feelings about the miscarriage.

"I really connected. I was actually excited and enjoying the pregnancy. I envisioned it all. I’m sad but I’m ok and we will try again."

"I also have so much sadness in my heart for anyone that has to go through this or has gone though this.

"I know though that our community will share, band together and support – cause you always do.

A year-and-a-half ago, Whitney announced she suffered a miscarriage.

Taking to Instagram, she had written back in 2019: "This is really hard for me to write. Two weeks ago, I had a miscarriage. The amount of various emotions I felt in the past couple weeks have been extreme…

"From shock to sadness to relief, which then led to guilt for feeling that relief. My identity has been shaken in regards to who as a mom and human being."
