(A)crypsis‘ Pre-Fall 2020 capsule has been unveiled. Dubbed “One Thousand and One Nights,” the Taiwanese label has offered a concise series of rustic garments crafted from delicate textiles like cotton and wool.
Leading the capsule is a boxy noragi jacket, made entirely from supple double-strand cotton fabric. While the fabric is soft to the touch, its intricate weave maintains a smooth texture with little to no pilling and can be easily washed. The piece comes in two colorways, beige and brown, with matching shorts that feature reconstructed panels. Both noragis include a thick waist belt, allowing wearers to adjust the fit to their liking. Rounding off the assemblage is a woven blanket that’s been meticulously detailed with traditional motifs, separated in the middle by clashing patterns.
Though no official release dates have been confirmed, (A)crypsis’ Pre-Fall 2020 capsule is slated to land in the month of September on the label’s website — prices have yet to be revealed.
