How to have the best sex of your life in 2022, according to sexpert Serena Kerrigan – and it's all about self-pleasure

NEW YEAR, new you, right?

Well, what if I told you it's totally ok to make your New Year's Resolution about having good sex – without any restrictions or insecurities getting in the way.

And the secret to good sex is all about knowing how to please yourself, sex expert Serena Kerrigan, who rose to fame as she streamed on Instagram Live her blind dates amid the Covid-19 pandemic, told The Sun.

The founder of SFK LFG LLC explained: "Spend time individually exploring your body.

"Self-pleasure is the ultimate act of self-love and there’s nothing sexier than knowing what gets you off.

"Doing this will help you explore new ways to pleasure yourself and try new things in the bedroom. I recently created a card game that’ll help with just that."

Just like in a relationship, communication is super important in your sex life.

"Open and honest communication – with your partner(s) and friends," the entrepreneur said.

"Talking with your partner(s) to be on the same page is so crucial to understanding what you and your partner(s) want and need.

"Discussing sex, dating, and pleasure with your friends is equally, if not more, important.

"Breaking the stigma around sex and pleasure will help you and your friends enhance your sex lives, learn new techniques and methods to try at home, and help work out any problems you may have by offering solutions."

Serena explained that there's no better way to have great sex than to include a few toys in the mix.

"No, but seriously. Incorporating sex toys, lube, and other related goods into the bedroom can be really game-changing and pleasure-enhancing," she explained

And no, it doesn't just have to be toys and lube, but it can be fun games to play with your sexual partner, yourself, or your date.

Yes, TV shows and movies have distorted people's perception of what they're supposed to look or sound like during sex.

Serena discussed: "Stop worrying about how you look and your performance.

"Life is too short to give a f**k about what our bodies look like and if we’re 'good enough' at sex.

"At the end of the day, you’re (hopefully) having sex with people who like and respect you well enough to not give a f**k either.

"You’re there to enjoy each other’s company and pleasure. There’s absolutely no need to think about anything other than how hot and good you are.
