After leaving Love Island in 2019, Maura Higgins and Chris Taylor’s careers have skyrocketed, and it appears so has their relationship, but just as friends.
The pair are pretty much inseparable, from snapping photos, to recreating hilarious movie scenes together and even modelling alongside one another in recent, revealing snaps for Ann Summers.
Yet despite weeks, if not months, of speculation surrounding their relationship, the pair insist that they are “not” getting together, and are instead simply friends.

The pair have an an undeniably banter-filled bond which oozes from their videos together, including one where Chris jokes with his 900,000 Instagram followers that he has been ‘friend zoned’ by Maura.
Continuing to confirm their friendship in his chat with Geordie Shore star Vicky, he said: “She's Irish and it's the Irish banter, and that's my kind of banter. If you were around us together you'd think, 'These two f**king hate each other'."
He continued to say a romance would “ruin” their friendship, adding: “We don't see each other that way.”
A romance between the pair first became a twinkle in fans’ eyes after the pair posed for a sweet photograph on Instagram.
In the snap, which boast a sparkling city back drop, Chris can be seen in a stylish jacket and white T-shirt, while Maura dazzles in a green dress.

However Maura put to bed the rumours that they were anything more than friends, as her representative told OK! Online: “Maura and Chris Taylor’s friendship is simply platonic”.
Speculation of a romance then resurfaced as the pair enjoyed a meal with Chris’ flatmates Jordan Hames and Michael Griffiths as well as fellow former islander Danny Williams at Sheesh Chigwell.
Chris was wearing a white Hera t-shirt, black shorts and a black headband.
It’s then understood Maura left with Chris in his Mercedes car as they headed to her flat nearby.

Then, in photographs obtained by The Sun Online, Chris was reportedly seen leaving Maura’s home on Monday wearing the same clothes from two days earlier.
