Man Utd and Arsenal transfer target Gleison Bremer's asking price set by Torino as FIVE clubs circle

TORINO have set a £25million asking price on Brazilian defender Gleison Bremer, according to reports.

The 25-year-old signed for the Italian side in 2018 and has since made 105 appearances.

In that time he has recorded 13 goals and five assists.

His consistent performances in Serie A has made him one of the most in-demand players in Europe with a number of clubs fighting for his signature.

In December, Chelsea expressed an interest in the centre back and reportedly shortlisted him as a potential replacement for Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen or Antonio Rudiger, who are all out-of-contract at the end of the season.

But, the Blues are currently not allowed to negotiate any deals due to the sanctions placed on them by the UK Government.

Liverpool have also been linked with Bremer in the past, but he is no longer a priority.

Now, according to Italian outlet TuttoJuve, Tottenham, Manchester United, Arsenal, Juventus and Bayern Munich are in the running to sign him.

However, they will have to pay at least £25million.

The Brazilian could form an excellent centre back pairing with former Serie A defender Christian Romero if he moved to Spurs.

Man Utd have been creating a wishlist of defensive reinforcements following a dip in form, so Bremer could be an ideal addition.

Bayern Munich and Juventus have plenty of experienced players at their disposal in the position, so they could be keen to recruit some assets for the future.

Meanwhile, Arsenal seem to have already established Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes as their chosen defensive pairing with William Saliba potentially rejoining the squad in future, so Bremer may not break into the squad instantly upon his arrival if he were to move to the Emirates Stadium.
