Corrie spoilers tease Faye miscarriage horror as Emma prepares to leave cobbles

Just as it looked like Faye Windass might get her happy ending after all on the cobbles of Coronation Street, spoilers have revealed that it won’t all be plain sailing.

Faye’s relationship with boyfriend Craig Tinker was on the rocks after he helped her cover up the accidental death of Ted, who she and Emma struck with a car before finding him dead at his flat.

But when Faye revealed that she was pregnant to a shocked Craig, things began looking up as he vowed to go back to his job in the police to provide for his new family.

And after Faye was forced to give up baby Miley to her ex’s family after giving birth aged just 13, could she finally be set for happiness?

It doesn’t look that way, as soap spoilers have teased a horror miscarriage for the youngster.

Next week, Jon shares his plans with Emma that he wants to open up a beach bar in Australia – leaving her stunned when she realises it’s the same beach she visited as a child.

It could mean their relationship is written in the stars, especially when Jon suggests Emma should move to Australia with him. As he leaves, Emma promises him she’ll think about the idea, but doesn’t say a word to Faye and Craig when they get home.

But things soon go wrong as Jon arrives back at the flat, having forgotten his phone.

Faye looks at him in shock – but, more importantly, will Jon and Craig recognise each other?

Meanwhile, Craig and Faye are excited after returning from their appointment with the midwife and head to the Bistro for lunch.

Later, Craig sets off for his first day back on the job with the police – but Emma and Faye are fuming with each other back at the flat as Jon unexpectedly arrives.

He demands answers, and Faye can’t help but blurt out that they are responsible for the death of his grandfather.

Is this the end of the road for them?

A pale Faye emerges from the bathroom and tells Emma that she thinks she’s losing her baby, and they hurry to the hospital.

Craig and Faye are anxious as they await the results of the scan – but are left shocked by what they are told.

And as for Emma, will she get a happy ending or be forced to run from the law after actress Alexandra Mardell quit the ITV cobbles?

Only time will tell.

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV from 8pm.
