I let my 8-year-old daughter sleep in bed between me and my fiance says Kerry Katona – insisting 'I love nothing more' | The Sun

KERRY Katona has said her daughter Dylan-Jorge, eight, still shares a bed with her.

The 42-year-old Atomic Kitten legend also said she lets the youngster sleep between her and fiancé Ryan Mahoney.

She was responding to Frankie Bridge's comments on Loose Women that her sons sleep in bed with her and husband Wayne.

Kerry wrote in her New column: "She said she loves sleeping alongside them – and I'm totally with her on this one.

"DJ often sleeps in my bed. If Ryan is here, she sleeps in her own bed, but every now and then I let her sleep between us.

"I love nothing more than having her snuggled up to me. She's my baby."

Singer and reality star Kerry is about to reveal a tell-all book called Whole Again: Love, Life and Me.

In it she discusses life with DJ's dad, George Kay, where she speaks out his violent rages.

George died in 2019 at the age of 39 reportedly from a cocaine overdose at his home in Warrington, Cheshire.

She writes in the book: “I really believe I had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

"In fact, it was one of the reasons I started drinking around that time – that and the continuing abuse from George and his controlling manner.

“I was struggling a lot with the fact I nearly lost my life and DJ nearly lost hers.

"I started downing up to three bottles of Prosecco a day, although I remained super cautious of not letting the kids see me drunk.”

Kerry said, during an emotional appearance on Loose Women: "I’d hand DJ over to her dad, and I would fear I wouldn’t get her back.

"He would spit in my face and DJ would start to spit in my face."

She added: "I know if I’d have stayed with George I’d be dead. I know it 100 per cent. Or DJ would."
