Inside EastEnders Louisa Lytton's baby shower with huge cake, balloons and singers

EASTENDERS star Louisa Lytton was treated to a baby shower complete with a huge cake, balloon arch and singers.

The Ruby Allen actress, 32, enjoyed a day of celebrations ahead of welcoming their first baby with fiancé Ben Bhanvra, 30.

The soap star looked radiant as she showed off her growing baby bump in lemon coloured floral dress.

Louisa beamed as she posed for a photo in front of a white rose display wall and next to her mum.

The TV star praised her mum Jane for throwing her the "most special day" with all her closest friends and family in attendance.

She wrote: "My mum, she created the most special day, thank you for all that you do for me, but especially this ❤️ I am so proud of you ❤️."

The actress gave fans a glimpse of the stunning garden party, complete with a huge gold, grey and green balloon arch.

I'll never forget this…prouder than they will know.

Louisa was also thrilled with her stunning baby themed two-tier cake, decorated with cute animal figures.

To top of the celebrations, Louisa was surprised when her childhood palsperformed classic tunes for the guests.

The overwhelmed star penned: "I'll never forget this. My childhood best friends singing for me and by baby hearing them sing together makes me prouder than they will know."

It comes after Louisa and fiance Ben headed to Kent for a staycation earlier this month.

The soap star – who was forced to postpone their wedding twice amid coronavirus restrictions – has also had to cancel her babymoon to Italy.

"We were meant to be in Italy, but this weekend we managed to make it to Kent," she explained.

"To be honest there isn’t much room left for all the pasta I was going there for.

"We have had such an amazing few days, we just needed to get out of the house and stop doing.

"It’s crazy that the only way we know how to switch off is to run away, but it’s worked a treat.

"A few days of walks, food and no doubt football tonight with my boys.

"Anyone else’s brain in overdrive in the #thirdtrimester?! My 4am notepad is my new best friend."

The pregnant EasEnders actress is due to give birth to her first child in September.

Louisa and Ben have had to postpone their wedding twice amid coronavirus restrictions that made planning and hosting the big day a nightmare.
