Neighbours: Pierce and Dipi are confronted over their affair
Hendrix (played by Benny Turland) has been enjoying a romance with Harlow (Jemma Donovan) for some months on Neighbours, despite her grandfather Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) sticking his nose into their business. However, the pair have grown distant recently and the youngster has also had to deal with the fall out of his father Pierce Greyson’s (Don Hany) affair with Dipi Rebecchi (Sharon Johal). With the latter’s son Jay (Dhruv Malge) making his long-awaited arrival onto the Channel 5 soap last week, the teenagers should have been at each other’s throats as they got entwined in their parents’ infidelity. However, the boys seemed to get on surprisingly well – so as his romance with his girlfriend becomes more strained, could the troublemaker seek comfort from the newcomer?
In scenes airing this week, Jay joins the local school kids to celebrate the end of their results where several relationships are pushed to the brink.
With Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone) and her boyfriend Richie Amblin (Lachie Millar) tearing strips off one another, Hendrix also has trouble with his other half.
As the youngster’s relationship is strained, viewers will see him become closer to the newcomer as they bond over their parents ruining their respective marriages.
It’s never been hinted the teenager could be questioning his sexuality but Dipi’s son seems to have a particular interest in the schoolboy.
Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, soap star Dhruv hinted his character will be spending more time with Pierce’s son.

When asked who he was looking forward to working with, the actor replied: “I was looking forward to working with Ben [Hendrix].
“The comradery between the two characters was fun playing around with and I learned so much from him,” Dhruv added.
As it’s clear the pair will be featuring in more scenes alongside one another, could they be set to enjoy a romance together?
With his father also leaving Ramsay Street very soon, Hendrix could copy the businessman’s behaviour of late and begin his own affair.
The comradery between the two characters was fun
It’s not been revealed whether Jay is going to be staying in Erinsborough permanently as he attends a boarding school in Sydney.
So, if the youngster’s do have a short-lived fling, their infidelity might become a sacred secret as Hendrix tries to get his relationship with Harlow back on track.
However, could he realise he misses Jay and urge the teenager to return to Ramsay Street so they can pick up where they left off?
Taking to Twitter, some viewers have noticed the chemistry between the boys as one wrote: “One day I hope that someone will look at me the way Jay looks at Hendrix #neighbours.”

Another added: “I think Jay and Hendrix are either going to beat the c**p out of each other or be friends #Neighbours.”
Whilst a third asked on the social media platform: “Are they going to make them a couple?” a fourth commented: “Ok. So Jay and Hendrix #Neighbours I see it, I ship it.”
Hendrix could be in serious danger if Paul were to discover what his granddaughter’s boyfriend had been up to.
The ruthless businessman tried to force Pierce out of Ramsay Street when he became the first character to discover his affair with Dipi.
Though this time, the affair or love triangle would involve Harlow and Paul will be gunning for blood for his granddaughter being betrayed.
Just how far would the soap stalwart and ruthless businessman go to ensure he can get revenge on the youngster?
Whilst Hendrix’s chatting ways could cause a stir, it seems Jay star Dhruv is looking forward to settling into one of the most iconic families on the weekday serial drama.
“There’s always that fear and nervousness, but as an actor, you just have to put all that aside and do the job and have fun with it and I had so much fun and learned a lot from everyone there.”
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5.
