Covidiots have clashed with police as hundreds kettled themselves in one of London's biggest shopping centres.

Social media images show police marching on crowds of people who stormed at the Westfield in White City, west London.

Witnesses tweeted that the crowds had attended the anti-lockdown marches in the capital earlier on Saturday and abusing shoppers for wearing face masks.

Bashi N. Mohamud shared a picture on Twitter and wrote: "Early today #londonprotest forced their way into the Westfield Shopping centre at White City in Sherbush Bush. #Lockdown4"

@blinkbbys added "dont go to westfield white city today if u dont want to be abused for wearing a mask ;))"

The Conspiracy Report tweeted: #COVIDIOTS from the #londonprotest have kettled themselves inside Westfield's shopping centre at White City. So much for non-essential shops reopening – they're now preventing them from trading.

Protestors had earlier gathered in Parliament Square on Saturday to demonstrate against ongoing Covid restrictions and the country's vaccine rollout.

Scenes turned ugly when a section of the mob marched towards the Westfield shopping centre in Shepherds Bush.

Some claimed the pandemic is a hoax while others carried placards reading "my body, my choice", and protested against the idea of vaccine passports.

Several people set off smoke bombs and one launched a firework.

Shocking images show protestors clashing with police while others lit red flares inside the building.

Video footage shows dozens of anti-vaxxers singing and chanting after entering the shopping centre.

Our officers responded swiftly, robustly & with professionalism."
