Dennis Hare arrested on murder charge after “suspicious” death of woman near Fountain

A man was arrested Tuesday on a first-degree murder charge after a woman’s death near Fountain was found to be “suspicious,” the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.

Fountain police officers were called to a reported overdose in the 9000 block of Squirrel Creek Road outside Fountain where they found Lisa Weidlich, 43, dead.
